This position will provide support to the HANDS in Autism® Center by coordinating the design and development of instructional materials for the use of web-based and distance learning methods to improve training and education of HANDS consumers locally and increasing globally.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Leading professional level innovations generated according to current graphic and instructional design standards to newly developed materials and resources.

*Originate high level motion media to be utilized for widespread dissemination, awareness, education and marketing.

*Improve and revise current materials and resources while maintaining the branding.

*Provide creative input to website and various online and web-based communications.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in media, graphics, and/or instructional design, plus at least 1 year of previous related experience required.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, etc. and general computer competency, including proficiency in typing. Must also be proficient, at minimum, with Adobe software suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and knowledge of website programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous administrative support experience preferred. Experience with learning management systems, video editing experience, and background in graphic design strongly preferred.
